All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Because many items are handmade or part of limited releases, processing times may vary slightly during seasonal drops or high-volume periods. If there is an unexpected delay, you will be notified via email.

⚠️ Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

EchoLynnDesigns is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier once marked as delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you.

🔁 Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. EchoLynnDesigns is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
